Senior ServiceNow Developer

Tasks

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Build workflows and automate IT service management processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of platform customization, debugging, deployments, and upgrades.
• 2–3 relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM).
• F-1 OPT / STEM OPT / CPT
• No C2C | No Third-Party Submissions
• Candidates must have valid work authorization for the proposed employment arrangement. CPT eligibility and employer requirements will be verified.
