Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Support our Client and enhance its enterprise ServiceNow platform.

Tasks

• Administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop workflows, Service Catalog items, forms, notifications, and reports using Flow Designer.
• Support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and ITAM.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions using JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and follow ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

• Local DC candidates ONLY
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience, including ownership or co-ownership of a ServiceNow instance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, ACLs, and platform administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and REST/SOAP integrations.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), experience with Integration Hub, and exposure to public-sector, education, or regulated environments.
