Job description
Requirements
- 10+ years of ServiceNow administration, instance ownership, and JavaScript scripting
- 8+ years of platform configuration, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs, and Update Sets
- 8+ years of REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and data imports
- Strong experience in one or more modules: ITSM, HRSD, S2P, CSM, or SecOps
- Experience in public-sector, education, or highly regulated environments
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
