Senior ServiceNow Developer

Tasks

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade ServiceNow applications.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and scoped applications
• Strong expertise in Script Includes, Business Rules, GlideRecord, and Scripted REST APIs
• Experience with Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Strong knowledge of ACLs, role-based access controls, platform governance, and upgrade-safe development
• Experience with REST integrations, JSON, and performance optimization
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience and technical documentation skills
• Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITIL 4 Foundation
• Local candidates are strongly preferred, but candidates able to work 100% remotely will also be considered.
