Senior ServiceNow Developer

Tasks

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and Source-to-Pay (S2P).
• Build Service Catalog items, approvals, and automated workflows using Flow Designer.
• Develop ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript, including Business Rules and Client Scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Manage ACLs, UI Policies, UI Actions, update sets, and platform administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support platform improvements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
• JavaScript scripting and ServiceNow platform configuration.
• REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise workflow development.
• Experience with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, S2P, CSM, or SecOps.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.
• Public-sector, K–12 education, or regulated-environment experience is required as listed in the requisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
