Job description
Tasks
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Drive ServiceNow platform optimization and standardization
- Lead service architecture and catalog management
- Establish CMDB governance and improve data quality
- Manage product backlogs and stakeholder expectations
- Drive AI enablement and enterprise platform innovation
- Track KPIs, adoption, operational efficiency, and business value
Requirements
- 10+ Years of ServiceNow Experience
- ServiceNow Technical Architect Certification
- Hands-on Experience Implementing ServiceNow AI Capabilities
- Strong Expertise in ServiceNow Greenfield Implementations
- Experience in Enterprise Product Strategy amp; Roadmap Ownership
- Strong Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Integrations amp; Workflow Orchestration
- Experience in Backlog Management, Stakeholder Engagement amp; Product Prioritization
- Strong Understanding of Platform Governance, Data Quality amp; Service Architecture
- Must be local to one of the above locations
