Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with proven experience in both mobile and web development to join a high-performing squad delivering end-to-end digital capabilities across a unified patient-facing platform. You'll be a hands-on contributor working across the full stack — from requirement gathering through production — while collaborating closely with product, architecture, and engineering leadership. This role is designed for a senior engineer ready to take on increasing ownership and grow into a lead-level position over time.
What You'll Be Responsible ForMobile & Web DevelopmentBuild and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native as the primary platformDevelop and maintain web applications as an equal part of your day-to-day contributionContribute to API development as part of a cross-functional squadProduce clean, well-tested, secure code and participate in thorough PR reviewsChampion CI/CD, automated testing, and observability best practices across the teamTechnical CollaborationPartner closely with Product to clarify scope, assess feasibility, and ensure business intent is metTranslate product requirements into technical plans and delivery commitmentsContribute to architecture and design discussions for a unified digital platformCoordinate with cross-squad teams on dependencies, acceptance criteria, and timelinesDelivery & ExecutionOwn sprint estimation and personal delivery commitments within the squadContribute to production readiness and post-launch supportNavigate ambiguity and help shape solutions, not just execute on themLeverage AI-assisted tools and agent workflows to improve productivity and code quality
Required Experience & Skills5+ years of software engineering experienceHands-on production experience with React Native mobile development — requiredHands-on production experience with web development (React or similar) — requiredProficiency in C# and API developmentStrong Azure experience required — environment is fully Azure-basedSolid understanding of distributed or cloud-based system designAgile delivery experienceComfortable working directly with Product in requirement gathering and story refinementAbility to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take initiative
Nice-to-HavesExperience in healthcare or other regulated industriesEpic or other EHR integration experienceExperience with AI-assisted development tools and agent-based workflowsCRM system integration experienceInterest in growing into a technical lead or engineering lead role
EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
