12+ years of hands-on SQL Server DBA experience, Strong Microsoft SQL Server & Azure experience, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Storage Account & Azure Security, SQL Server Always On / High Availability, SQL performance tuning & query optimization, Database installation, upgrades & migrations, Backup & recovery strategies, Windows Server administration, Experience with UNIX, Linux & Windows environments, Oracle & MS-SQL database experience, Database security & troubleshooting, Solution design, engineering & technical documentation, Strong analytical and communication skills, Python knowledge is a plus, Microsoft certifications are preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
