🚀 Why This Role MattersJoin a rapidly growing and well-funded organisation at the forefront of delivering large-scale energy infrastructure projects across the United States.This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll oversee the successful delivery of large-scale energy storage and renewable infrastructure and renewable energy projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.You'll play a key role in leading field operations, developing project teams, and driving successful project execution on some of the industry's most exciting energy developments.
🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead all onsite construction activities for large-scale energy storage projects and associated infrastructure projects.Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams throughout project delivery.Coordinate with engineering, estimating, project management, and field teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.Plan labour, equipment, materials, and construction activities while proactively resolving project challenges.Manage site access, civil works, medium and low-voltage electrical installations, and commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience in construction supervision, ideally within EPC, electrical contracting, renewable energy, or utility infrastructure.Previous experience delivering Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), commercial solar, or similar energy projects.Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and field operations.Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex construction projects.STS (Safety Trained Supervisor) certification is advantageous.Experience reviewing 3D construction models and coordinating project execution is beneficial.Willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments across the United States.
