- Canada Consultants Only
- STRONG PEOPLESOFT HCM EXPERIENCE!
- Strong knowledge of HCM business systems, system analysis, design, and implementation.
- PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, Fluid UI, and Classic UI.
- HR / Human Resources, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll, Benefits Administration
- Requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-friendly language.
- Experience with project management methodologies, change management, HCM system enhancements, and optimization.
