Senior Teamcenter Functional Lead

Tasks

• Lead business process consulting, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Support Engineering Change Management, BOM, NPI/NPD, and product development processes.
• Drive solution workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead functional activities across implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Manage stakeholder communication and global PLM transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ Years
• Strong Siemens Teamcenter PLM functional experience.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle processes.
• Expertise in PLM consulting, solution definition, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with global implementation programs.
• Preferred: Semiconductor experience in Fabless, IDM, Foundry, or OSAT organizations, with exposure to CAD, ERP, and MES integrations.

Schedule

• Hybrid – Onsite twice a month
