tahir is hiring a talented Senior UI/UX Designer in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This full-time role offers an annual salary of PKR 80,000 and focuses on enhancing user experience across digital platforms with innovative design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
• Perform usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative product and UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback to improve usability and functionality.
• Maintain design consistency by adhering to established guidelines and standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design expertise.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience preferred.
