tahir is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to improve user experiences across its digital products. In this full-time, on-site role in Lahore, you will work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and challenges.
• Plan and perform usability testing, then use findings to recommend design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Refine designs using feedback from users and stakeholders to improve usability and functionality.
• Help maintain a consistent product experience by following design guidelines and standards.
• Stay informed about UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing methods.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• Five or more years of UI/UX design experience preferred.
