Senior Workday Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead the stabilization and resolution of production issues affecting Workday benefits, payroll deductions, retirement contributions, eligibility, and data exchanges with third-party benefit providers. Responsibilities include developing and managing an integrated plan for resolving complex benefits-related issues, coordinating work across multiple teams, driving issues from identification to closure, establishing accountability, leading meetings, managing dependencies, coordinating testing, managing change-control, and providing executive reporting. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant project management experience; preferred qualifications include experience with ERP systems, government organizations, SDLC, project management tools, and certifications like PMP or CAPM.
