Senior Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise applications, with substantial hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and integration monitoring.
• Experience with Workday functional modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financial Management, or Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of business processes, security configuration, and Workday data structures.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise or financial services clients is preferred.
