Front Desk Helpers Co is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented SEO & Organic Growth Specialist with deep expertise in AI-powered content systems and advanced search optimization. This role is pivotal in building and scaling our organic traffic engine through AI-assisted content production, localized SEO, technical optimization, and authoritative backlink acquisition. Location: Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires F.D., Argentina (Remote eligible) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm New York time. Core Responsibilities AI-Powered Content Strategy & Execution Leverage AI tools to create high-quality, human-refined SEO content Design precise AI prompts ensuring accuracy, depth, and uniqueness Develop borough- and neighborhood-specific service landing pages for local SEO dominance Build structured content clusters including pillar and supporting articles Optimize content for Google organic search, AI search engines (AEO), featured snippets, and People Also Ask Maintain high E-E-A-T standards (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust) Differentiate messaging clearly for Medicaid vs. Private Pay audiences Align content strategy to enhance patient trust, conversion, and brand authority Technical SEO & Optimization Implement technical SEO best practices to improve site speed, crawlability, and indexing Conduct regular SEO audits and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with development teams to implement schema markup and structured data Backlink Acquisition & Market Positioning Identify and secure authoritative backlinks to boost domain authority Perform competitive analysis to differentiate Front Desk Helpers Co in a regulated healthcare market Qualifications Proven experience in SEO with a focus on AI-assisted content creation Strong understanding of local SEO and healthcare industry regulations Expertise in Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely across time zones Join us to drive patient acquisition and establish Front Desk Helpers Co as a trusted healthcare brand through innovative SEO strategies.
