SEO & Organic Growth Specialist – Buenos Aires, Argentina

Front Desk Helpers Co is hiring a full-time SEO & Organic Growth Specialist in Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires F.D., Argentina. This remote-eligible role focuses on growing organic visibility and patient acquisition for a competitive, regulated healthcare market.

You will build and scale the company’s organic growth engine through AI-assisted content, localized SEO pages, technical optimization, and authoritative link acquisition. The ideal candidate treats AI as a multiplier—not a shortcut—and combines automation with sound strategy, competitive research, and careful human editing to create useful, trustworthy content that ranks and converts.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. New York time.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to draft high-quality SEO content, then refine it for accuracy, originality, clarity, and audience needs.
• Develop effective AI prompts and workflows that support reliable, differentiated content production.
• Create borough- and neighborhood-specific service landing pages to strengthen local search visibility.
• Build content clusters that connect pillar pages with relevant supporting articles.
• Optimize content for Google organic search, AI search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), featured snippets, and People Also Ask results.
• Maintain strong E-E-A-T standards: Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.
• Align content with market positioning, differentiate the company from competitors, and tailor messaging for Medicaid and private-pay audiences.
• Consider how each page supports patient trust, conversions, and perceived authority.
• Contribute to technical SEO improvements and authoritative backlink acquisition.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in SEO and organic growth, including AI-assisted content systems and advanced search optimization.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, local SEO, technical SEO, and link building.
• Ability to assess search intent, analyze competitors, and turn findings into actionable content plans.
• Excellent editing and quality-control skills, with a commitment to trustworthy content in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing automation with human judgment.
