Key responsibilities: Booking in vehicles and identifying customers’ needs; Opening and managing job cards; Preparing accurate quotations and obtaining authorisation; Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process; Communicating effectively with technicians and suppliers; Following up on parts, approvals and outstanding work; Checking that completed work is ready before handover; Building trust and delivering excellent customer service.
