- Maintain operational excellence
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages
- Assist in preparation of beverages (and food when needed)
- Cashier duties
- Practice food safety, store security & cleanliness standards
- Be a customer mania
- Maintain appearance standards
Key Responsibilities
The Service Crew provides excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working at a casual dine in restaurant (Experience working at a Western food restaurant is a plus)
- Preferably with Certification of Employment (COE) as a service crew
- Good English Communication Skills
- Degree in hospitality or business administration is a plus
- Food safety training certification is a plus
- Leadership training and certification is a plus
- Driver’s License is a plus
