Service Engineer (After-Sales)

Tasks

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support of company equipment at customer sites in Chile.
• Provide customers with equipment operation training, daily usage guidance, and basic maintenance training.
• Handle after-sales repairs, fault troubleshooting, problem localization, and on-site technical support for equipment.
• Timely report equipment operational issues based on on-site conditions and assist the domestic technical team in closing the issue loop.
• Cooperate with the companys project delivery, customer service, and other after-sales support work in the Chilean market
• Collect and summarize problem requirements from agents and customers, and provide timely feedback to relevant departments.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of relevant experience in after-sales service.
• College degree or above.
• Preference given to candidates with engineering majors such as Electrical Automation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronic Information, or Automatic Control.
• Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, repair, after-sales service, or on-site technical support is preferred.
• Able to adapt to frequent business travel within Chile, with strong on-site execution capabilities and a service-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle on-site problems independently.
• Fluent English communication skills to interact effectively with company personnel.
