Service Technician

Pay is $30-$35/hour, depending on experience. You'll also earn $30 for every new maintenance agreement and $15 for every renewal from your customers. Those commissions are paid monthly and there's no cap. Expectation to be productive, take care of customers, no sales quotas. Hours generally 8 AM to 7 PM during peak season, 8 AM to 5 PM off-season. Time-and-a-half after 40 hours. On-call every other weekend, no after-hours calls. Includes a take-home van and gas card. No group health insurance, but a monthly health stipend. One week vacation after first year, three paid sick days.
