About the role
Greystar is a global real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in rental housing. This position performs technical and mechanical work to help ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing problems and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating maintenance punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining supplies and materials, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
