Part-Time Online Customer Service Assistant - Remote USA

Alexis Thwaites is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere within the United States, providing exceptional support to customers through multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the company database.
• Provide detailed product information and guidance to support customer purchases.
• Monitor online customer feedback and report insights to management.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance and develop improvement strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• No specific years of experience required.

Technical Environment: Work involves common customer interaction and data management tools. You will collaborate with fellow customer service representatives, supervisors, and other departments as needed.

Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and may involve cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams to align on customer needs and feedback.

Compensation: $180 per hour.
