ServiceNow Architect

Tasks

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and enterprise architecture.
• Develop IT systems roadmaps, technical architecture, and infrastructure strategies.
• Lead technical teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and other protocols.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and IT Systems Roadmap Development.
• 9+ years of experience with system diagramming and modeling using UML or similar methods.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
• Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
