ServiceNow/Moveworks Architect

Tasks

• Define end-to-end architecture integrating ServiceNow, Moveworks, and other enterprise AI copilots.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and enterprise workflows.
• Lead complex integrations involving HRIS and other enterprise applications.
• Establish enterprise data models, taxonomies, architecture standards, and governance frameworks.
• Develop technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic technology decisions.
• Mentor engineering and product teams on AI, automation, and enterprise architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Strong ServiceNow architecture background is required, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and complex system integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Excellent architectural leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI.
• Preferred: Exposure to Moveworks, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Preferred: Experience with multi-agent AI architectures and conversational AI frameworks.
• Preferred: Background in HR Service Delivery or Digital Employee Experience.
• Preferred: TOGAF, ITIL, or relevant architecture certifications.
