Shelter Coordinator

This leadership position focuses on: • Training and supporting shelter staff • Helping maintain safe and consistent shelter operations • Coordinating staff schedules and coverage • Filling in when team members are unavailable • Responding calmly and professionally to guest needs • Ensuring shelter policies and procedures are followed. Applicants must be dependable, able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and committed to treating every guest with dignity and respect. Availability to work every other weekend, every other holiday, and additional shifts as needed is required.
