Shift Engineer

We are hiring qualified and reliable individuals for immediate deployment in Metro Manila join our Urgent Hiring Position.

OPEN POSITIONS:
• Shift Engineer

QUALIFICATION FOR SHIFT ENGINEER:
• Must have full knowledge of all Technical Maintenance responsibilities
• Must manage the technical team and its activities, ensuring work quality and compliance with safety.
• Must prepare perspective and as built plans, and other drawing as requested by engineering administration, using AutoCAD.
• Must submit one (1) innovation per month that would either reduce consumption of electricity and/or water, or improve the working environment of his/her person.
• Must monitor all ongoing construction, renovation, and related activities by tenants, merchants, and third-party contractors and provide assistance, when necessary, with the approval of Building Engineer and/or Chief Engineer.
