Tasks

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Monitor sales, food costs, manpower deployment, and operational expenses.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, checklists, and company policies.
• Drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales performance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Support team training, staff scheduling, and performance management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is mandatory.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for restaurant operations.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
