Telecaller

We are looking for a friendly and approachable Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our customer engagement efforts while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through outgoing calls to provide information about our services and products. Assist customers in resolving inquiries, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality customer service experience. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database. Follow up on leads and support the sales team in closing deals. Utilize effective communication techniques to promote our offerings and understand customer needs. Schedule appointments and manage follow-up calls as necessary. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Proficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with common customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
