Moneycoviewer is hiring a friendly and approachable Telecaller for a full-time, on-site position in Delhi, Delhi, India. In this customer engagement role, you will answer customer questions, share information about the company’s services and products, and support sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to inform customers about services and products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide a high-quality service experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Use effective communication to explain offerings and understand customer needs.
• Schedule appointments and make follow-up calls.
• Work with colleagues to share best practices and improve service delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service focus.
• Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Team and Work Environment
