Showroom and Marketing Manager

About the role

Run and grow our Franklin showroom.

Tasks

• Be the face of our showroom, hosting regular walk-in days and client appointments on the others.
• Sell wallpaper, fabrics, pillows, and Little Greene paint
• Plan, host, and promote showroom events for homeowners and designers.
• Create and manage social media content

Requirements

• 3+ years of home furnishings showroom experience (interior design, textiles, wallpaper, furniture, or a similar trade-focused environment)
• Experience creating social media content, with a good eye for photography and styling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through, comfortable managing appointments, events, and content at once
• A self-starter who loves owning results and doesn’t need to be told what’s next
