Inspacial is hiring a full-time Site Engineer (Civil) in Kochi, Kerala, India. In this on-site role, you will help plan, coordinate, and deliver civil construction projects, ensuring work meets schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The listed pay is 20000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations and help ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate project records.
• Support project planning and provide input on design modifications.
• Communicate with contractors, clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Lead site meetings, share project updates, and address challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong project management, site supervision, and coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in civil engineering projects is preferred but not required.

Team and Reporting

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors and report to the Project Manager. Your work will help keep project milestones on track and contribute to high-quality construction outcomes.
