Inspacial is hiring a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) in Kochi, Kerala, India. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment where you will directly influence construction project success by managing planning, execution, and quality control. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations. Effectively manage and coordinate project schedules and resource allocation. Conduct thorough site inspections and maintain detailed project documentation. Assist in preparing project plans and contribute to design modifications. Maintain regular communication with contractors, clients, and project managers. Prepare weekly progress reports and track key performance indicators. Lead site meetings to discuss project updates and resolve challenges. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong project management and site supervision skills. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Experience in civil engineering projects preferred but not mandatory. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
