Inspacial is hiring a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) in Kochi, Kerala, India. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a key role in planning, executing, and completing civil construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate project schedules and resources efficiently.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and maintain precise project documentation.
• Assist in preparing project plans and suggest design modifications when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and project managers.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Lead site meetings to discuss project progress and resolve challenges.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
• Experience in civil engineering projects is preferred but not mandatory.
