Create and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD to meet project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance and quality standards. Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and stakeholders for updates and issue resolution. Assist in project budget preparation, expense tracking, and maintaining profitability. Participate in project meetings, providing insights on site conditions and potential challenges. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Strong project management and site supervision skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software. 1-3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering roles preferred. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of safety practices and local building codes.
