Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with construction teams to maintain smooth project progress.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Create and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
• Assist in preparing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.
• Participate in project meetings, offering insights on site conditions and potential challenges.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of safety practices and local building codes.
