Site Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan, organize and oversee daily construction activities on site. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. - Supervise and coordinate site staff, subcontractors and suppliers. - Monitor progress and prepare periodic reports for management. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and statutory regulations. - Manage site resources, materials and equipment efficiently. - Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: - BSc or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building and Construction - Technology or Management. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in building and civil works. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods and materials. - Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. - Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. - Registered with relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
