Job description
Tasks
- Responsible for supervising food and beverage operations, coordinating service staff,, managing stock, handling guest concerns, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
- Five (5) years F&B experience in 5-star hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Micros POS systems.
- Basic financial and cost control knowledge.
- Good written & oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
