Site Office Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Licensed engineer or architect (preferred but not always required).
Relevant experience in construction project management/ Asset Management/ /lay out or real estate development.
Familiarity with office engineering tasks such as documentation, material tracking, Asset Management and project reporting.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Project).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Effective communication and coordination skills for liaising with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with real estate development processes and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation.
Knowing how to drive vehicle is a plus.
