About Praxis Robotics

Praxis Robotics partners with factories and other businesses to collect first-person video that helps physical AI systems understand real-world work. We are hiring a resourceful, hands-on Site Operations Lead to launch pilots, solve problems, and grow reliable data collection across partner sites.

You will report to a US-based Strategic Project Lead / Program Manager, who reports to the Global Head of Operations. This is a broad, evolving role with opportunities to take on more ownership as the company grows.

What the Work Looks Like

Your work may include sourcing local hardware to resolve equipment issues, coordinating with telecom or internet providers to restore uploads, training supervisors on factory floors, and running pilots or experiments.

You will investigate throughput drops, meet with factory owners to agree on recovery plans, and set clear expectations with workers and supervisors. The role requires confidence and respect in difficult conversations, sound decisions amid ambiguity, and practical problem-solving that protects safety and data integrity.

What You Will Do

• Launch and support partner sites, from initial pilots through daily operations and expansion.
• Build relationships with owners, managers, and supervisors; establish regular check-ins and remove bottlenecks to meet throughput and quality goals.
• Monitor operational performance, investigate issues, and coordinate recovery plans with partner teams.
• Source and coordinate local equipment, connectivity, and other resources needed to keep site operations running.
• Train supervisors and workers on operational processes and support pilots and experiments on factory floors.
• Communicate progress, risks, and operational data clearly in English to US-based leadership and in Spanish to local partners.
• Promote safe operations and protect data quality and integrity.
• Travel frequently within Panama to support partner sites.

What You Bring

• Fluent English and Spanish, including strong spoken and written English for live calls and operational updates.
• Hands-on experience coordinating operations, launching projects, or supporting teams at partner or field sites.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence setting expectations and addressing performance or operational challenges respectfully.
• Comfort working independently, making practical decisions, and managing ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel frequently domestically in Panama.
