JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an organized, reliable, and experienced Soccer Program Director to oversee the day-to-day operations and development of our community soccer program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate all trainings, matches, fields, equipment, and team logistics.
• Act as the main point of contact for coaches, families, volunteers, and the athletic committee.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support coaches and volunteers.
• Ensure coaches have required certifications, training, and background checks.
• Research and register teams with appropriate soccer leagues and tournaments.
• Manage team registrations, rosters, schedules, and league requirements.
• Organize soccer camps per year (summer/winter)/payment terms to be discussed.
• Coordinate end-of-season awards and pay/coach awards.
• Ensure all programs follow health and safety requirements.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and well-organized soccer environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Soccer coaching certification or relevant soccer program experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience in soccer, youth sports, and/or program management (or team administration).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with coaches, parents, families, and volunteers.
• Vulnerable Sector Check, where required.
