Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective social engagement strategies to strengthen community relations. Oversee social program operations ensuring alignment with Fundacion Cagna's values and objectives. Manage and mentor a team of social outreach coordinators to maximize program impact. Conduct research and gather insights to continuously improve social program effectiveness. Coordinate and actively participate in community events promoting the company’s social initiatives. Compile, analyze, and report metrics to assess the success of social outreach programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social strategies into broader project initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field. Minimum of 5 years proven leadership experience in social management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with community engagement and social impact assessments. Experience using project management software and social media platforms. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse team including project managers, community relations specialists, and marketing personnel.
