Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social engagement strategies to enhance community relations.
• Oversee social program operations, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of social outreach coordinators.
• Conduct research and gather insights to improve the effectiveness of social programs.
• Coordinate and participate in community events promoting the company's social initiatives.
• Compile and analyze metrics to assess the success of social outreach programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social strategies into broader project initiatives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in social management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with community engagement and social impact assessments.
• Experience with project management software and social media platforms.
