Social Media Associate

The Social Media Associate will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online presence across multiple platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Develop captions, graphics, and multimedia posts tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers to build strong relationships.
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, and follower growth; prepare monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Knowledge of paid ads management (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience in copywriting and storytelling.
