Tasks

• Create a content calendar that balances service highlights, educational content, behind-the-scenes moments, and relatable humour across 3 health, fitness and beauty brands
• Develop reel ideas, hooks, and simple scripts that reflect each brand’s personality
• Coordinate filming with instructors, team members, and participating members or clients, including scheduling and guiding them on camera
• Film on location and edit reels
• Stay current with Instagram trends and adapt them to help attract new clients

Requirements

• Creative, personable, and funny, with a feel for what makes people stop scrolling
• Interested in fitness, beauty, and wellness, with an eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable approaching people, directing content, and helping others feel confident on camera
• Organized, reliable, and proactive; able to take an idea through to a finished reel.
• Experience with Instagram and video editing tools such as CapCut and Instagram Edits
