Experience with crystals and spirituality is a big plus. An assembly-line approach: plan, batch, shoot, edit, schedule, measure and repeat. Create visually beautiful reels and carousels without turning every post into a major production. Excellent planning. Your content calendar stays ahead, posts are scheduled and launches get the attention they deserve. Strong reporting and weekly scorecard management. Understand KPIs, track reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks and sales, and turn those numbers into next week’s plan. A feel for community. Start conversations, answer questions and make people feel welcome while helping products sell out. Requires initiative, good communication, feedback reception, follow-through, and creativity.
