Software Developer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks such as React and Node.js. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues efficiently. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the performance and capabilities of applications. Document development processes, code changes, and deployment procedures comprehensively. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and familiarity with SQL. Experience with web development technologies including HTML/CSS, React, and Node.js. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. Preferred certifications in relevant software development fields or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). 2+ years of experience in software development or related roles. This role is situated within a collaborative team structure where developers work alongside product managers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers. You will report directly to the Software Development Manager, engaging in continuous dialogue to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
