Job description
Lundbeck LLC is hiring a full-time Software Developer in New York City, New York. This remote-eligible role offers an opportunity to build and maintain software applications that support business needs and improve user experiences. You’ll work with experienced developers and project managers in a collaborative environment and report to the Lead Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support application and database functionality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
- Review code for quality and alignment with development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to project planning and estimate development timelines.
- Keep current with emerging technologies and software development trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL development.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
- Two to four years of relevant software development experience.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or another industry-standard certification is preferred, but not required.
