Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels and related equipment according to project specifications.
• Perform site assessments to identify optimal solar system placement.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot installation issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and best practices during all installation activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as required.
• Maintain detailed records of installations and project progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay updated on solar technologies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities in technical environments.
• 1-2 years of experience in solar installation or related fields preferred.
• Relevant safety and industry certifications are advantageous.

Report directly to the Installation Manager and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians. Engage cross-functionally with sales, project development, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
