Solution Architect Lead – D365/Power Platform/Azure

Tasks

• Architect, configure, code, prototype, troubleshoot, and drive critical engineering decisions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Government, and AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• 16+ years of progressive IT experience
• 8+ years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture
• 7+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform
• 5+ years leading full D365 implementation lifecycles
• 5+ years in pro-code D365 extensibility: C#/.NET plug-ins, Custom APIs, and PCF controls
• 4+ years of Azure architecture and hands-on development
• 2+ years of production GenAI / agentic development using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio
• 2+ years with RAG, grounding, tool calling, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation
• 2+ years with GCC, GCC High, or Azure Government
• 2+ years in cross-cloud / cross-tenant architecture
• 4+ years with Power Platform ALM, solution layering, and Azure DevOps CI/CD
• 5+ years in application security within regulated environments
• 3+ years managing production systems through vendor platform release waves
• 5+ years presenting architecture to executive and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Candidates should understand regulated government environments and relevant frameworks, including:
• NIST 800-53 | FISMA | FedRAMP | HIPAA | CCWIS
• Secure SDLC | Threat Modeling | Least-Privilege Architecture
• Government-cloud security and cross-tenant controls
