Solution Architect Lead

Requirements

• State experience is mandatory
• Senior, hands-on Solution Architect with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse & Azure experience.
• Strong development experience with C#/.NET, Custom APIs, Plug-ins, PCF, TypeScript/JavaScript & Power Fx.
• Experience architecting Azure + Dynamics/Power Platform GCC/commercial cloud integrations, including Managed Identity, Service Principals, Key Vault, API Gateway and networking.
• Hands-on AI/Agentic AI development using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Strong security architecture, NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, HIPAA and secure SDLC experience.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, performance optimization and Power Platform governance.
• Strong data architecture, integrations, reporting, data quality and interoperability experience.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting architecture to executive leadership, government agencies and federal stakeholders.
• Child welfare / CCWIS / government healthcare or highly regulated environment experience is highly preferred.
• Must be deeply hands-on - build, configure, code, troubleshoot, and own the architecture.
