Requirements

• Build vs. Buy Advisory and Technology Assessments
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Domain Expertise
• Technology Roadmaps & Strategic Planning
• Strong knowledge of Global Commercial Insurance, Specialty Insurance, and Reinsurance.
• Understanding of insurance processes, including underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, reinsurance accounting, recoveries, and settlements.
• Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, SAP Insurance/Reinsurance/Finance, and VIPR.
• Knowledge of API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems, Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, cloud-native and SaaS architectures, data platforms, IAM, DevSecOps, and CI/CD, cloud migration, application rationalization, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• 12+ years of overall enterprise IT experience, preferably in insurance technology environments.
• 7+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Architecture, or equivalent roles.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous business needs into well-defined, executable technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a relate
