Solutions Engineer

We are hiring a Solution Engineer for Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay

With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and responsible technology, we develop intelligent solutions that help organizations protect their people, assets, and operations.Our portfolio includes high-performance IP cameras, Video Management Systems (VMS), AI-powered analytics, and scalable solutions designed for a wide range of industries and applications.We are currently seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Solution Engineer to join our Engineering team and support business operations across Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.This position will serve as a key technical partner to our customers, system integrators, distributors, and internal Sales team, supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions tailored to each project’s technical and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate Hanwha Vision solutions.• Design system architectures, technical proposals, and end-to-end video surveillance solutions.• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).• Support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of IP cameras, Video Management Systems (VMS), and related technologies.• Assist with the integration of Hanwha Vision solutions with third-party hardware and software platforms.• Troubleshoot network, configuration, and system performance issues during project implementation.• Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support to customers, distributors, and system integrators.• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to identify new applications and business opportunities.• Represent Hanwha Vision’s technical capabilities at customer meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and industry events.• Support projects and customer requirements throughout Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
Candidate Profile• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.• At least 3–5 years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.• Previous experience in the video surveillance, electronic security, or systems integration industry.• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, VMS platforms, system integration, and end-to-end security solution design.• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and network troubleshooting.• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, practical, and commercially viable solutions.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.• Availability to travel throughout the assigned region.• Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or PMP will be considered an advantage.
