Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Pre-Sales and client-facing teams to understand technical requirements, pain points, and business needs.Analyze root causes and develop practical solutions, integrations, automations, and product improvements.Design and implement solutions across Azure cloud, infrastructure, scripting, and application layers.Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, and Bash.Build and support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and cloud-based solutions.Work with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps for source control and release management.Design and integrate APIs and platform-based solutions across complex environments.Deliver working solutions through short development cycles and contribute changes to production codebases.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve product usability, adoption, and technical readiness.Document technical solutions, processes, runbooks, and lessons learned.Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate solution delivery.Mentor team members and share technical knowledge, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a related role.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.Experience with application integration, APIs, automation, and platform architectures.Experience working across hybrid and cloud environments.Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools.Ability to understand complex systems and codebases quickly.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.Experience working in Agile environments and delivering solutions in short iteration cycles.Experience collaborating with clients, Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
