About the role
Prestige Staffing is seeking a perinatal sonographer.
Responsibilities
- Perform Maternal Fetal High-Risk OB/GYN Level I & II and OBGYN ultrasound-guided examinations, transabdominal and transvaginal.
- Perform 3-D and 4-D ultrasound imaging according to training.
- Perform 1st Trimester Screens/Sequential Screens (NT/Biochemical) testing, amniocentesis, detailed anatomical surveys, fetal echoes, and Doppler exams as needed.
- Work under indirect supervision.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasound technology with one-year minimum experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound.
- Regularly sit and stand; use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
