Spanish Agent

Managing large amount of outbound/inbound calls in a timely manner
Maintain professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service
Collaborate with call center team members, sales team members, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
Minimum 2 years of Spanish and English speaking experience handling US customers
Fluent in English and Spanish
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a polished phone manner, with the ability to convey professionalism and enthusiasm.
Must be residing in the Philippines or Columbia
Must have your own equipment (Minimum i5 8th Generation up, 8GB RAM, SSD Storage)
You must have a stable internet connection- Fiber or Broadband connection min 20 MBPS
Amendable working in US hours and shifting schedule between Mon-Sun with 2 days RD in a week
Full-time permanent work-from-home
Compensation (USD 800 base pay) per month
