POSiTiON: SPANISH BILINGUAL ASSOCIATE – FINANCIAL CLIENT

Join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Associate and support our financial client by delivering excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and making real difference.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone chat or email (in Spanish and English)
- Provide accurate information and support related to financial products and services.
- Process requests and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet service level and quality goals.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems).
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City and available to shift schedules (including weekends and holidays).
